FCMS Public Safety return policy: Any item(s) that you wish to return must be still in new condition with tags and accompanied by a receipt. Items may be returned for full refund within 30 days from purchase as long as the item is in new condition with tags and receipt. If product is being returned due to being defective it is up to FCMS to determine whether the cause was due to customer negligence or by manufacture and will determine if a refund is in order. FCMS backs all products that we offer.
